Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Cost
We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at trysmileinseconds@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Multiple Packages
In some cases, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
